Leg of Lamb

Leg of lamb is without a doubt the king of lamb roasts. a full leg will comfortably feed 6-8 adults.All of our lamb is raised by my brother in law in the heart of the rolling hills of avoca, county wicklow. and then dry aged for a minimum 10 days in our dry aging fridge. the result is the most spectacular lamb you've ever tasted.
